Cultural Strategist:
In this role, the Cultural Strategist supports and encourages the communities we organize with to determine for themselves how arts and culture can best strengthen their neighborhoods/campaign, how change will be shaped, and how benefits will be shared.
Detroit Organizer:
WTPAF seeks a full-time organizer that will work to develop relationships with Latino, Spanish-speaking community leaders in Detroit. The organizer will work with the WTPAF team to build a leadership team with Latino local leaders and drive campaigns that center Detroiters.
Southeast Michigan Lead Organizer:
WTPAF seeks an organizer and supervisor, with the primary purpose of leveraging bases of people power to win campaigns and leading work with other staff. This person will build a campaign that a team of organizers will advance together; organize their own base of community leaders in a targeted area for the campaign; model best practices and provide supervision, support, coaching and accountability for organizers on the team who are building their own bases of community leaders.
